Capital Lakefair is a non-profit volunteer organization governed by a voting member body known as Capitalarians.  The Lakefair festival is self-supporting.  Capital Lakefair is funded solely by donations from sponsors, businesses, the local community, and the operations of Lakefair over its five day run.
