To celebrate our area youth by offering scholarship programs and activities that highlight their academic and artistic talents, and community spirit;

To celebrate our area seniors by offering programs and activities that highlight their communities, housing and physical needs;

To offer non-profit organizations the opportunity for yearly charity fundraising through the annual Capital Lakefair Festival;

To celebrate and recognize the armed forces and families of the South Sound area;

To promote, recognize and maintain a positive business relationship year round between communities and organizations throughout the South Sound Region of Puget Sound;

To offer all residents, locally, regionally, nationally, internationally and visitors the opportunity to exhibit their talents and enthusiasm;

To act as a professional goodwill ambassador organization both during the Capital Lakefair Festival celebration and throughout the year;

To ensure the Capital Lakefair Festival celebration remains an Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and surrounding community based event through our capable stewardship of all resources, people, in kind services, material contributions and financial support.
